Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the overall advertising and marketing strategy for Treasure Island Resort & Casino, consistent with the organizational Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and five (5) years of comparable management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years experience directing a professional marketing or advertising department required. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required. Proven communication and organizational skills required. Proven success in areas such as advertising, budgeting, financial planning, strategic planning, profitability, productivity, and concept of development required. Must have proven ability to identify qualified personnel and provide leadership to develop and direct staff maximizing performance. Previous experience in hospitality and entertainment industries required. Previous casino management experience preferred.

Receive all incoming shipments except casino cash. Check all shipments for correct quantities and products and deliver products to designated departments efficiently. Inventory all items in storage areas consistently and maintain accurate paperwork and computer inventory. Keep an accurate log of inventory items per department and send the department’s monthly inventory lists. HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Organizational skills and the ability to work independently preferred. Knowledge of product inventory preferred.

Deal the game of Blackjack in accordance with Treasure Island Resort & Casino policies and procedures while providing continuous quality entertainment and service to all guests. HS diploma/GED required. Must be proficient in math and pass a 40-hour in-house blackjack-training course. Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal the game efficiently.

To provide for the overall management of the Banquet Dept, including staff training, and supervision. Function set up and tear down, and guest relations. 4 year Hospitality degree or 5 years managerial experience in a high volume banquet operation required or equivalent experience of both required. 2 years budget training preferred.

Assist bartenders and casino wait staff with stocking products and ice to complete beverage service. Monitor and replenish bars and wait stations with beverage product. HS diploma/GED preferred.

Prepare and serve alcohol to guests that are consistent with the standards of the Beverage Department. HS diploma/GED preferred. 6 months bartending experience required, successful completion of Bartending School preferred. Cash handling and point-of-sale experience preferred.

Work in many varied functions in different hospitality outlets. Functions include: Host/Cashier, Server, Cook, Assistant (set-up, busser) and Hotel Attendant. Travelers will have the opportunity to train and gain exposure to each of the outlets at Treasure Island and develop a strong knowledge base. Assist all hospitality outlets in covering vacations, leaves of absence, and other times of need. Scheduling will be flexible, but travelers should be willing to work on short notice when necessary.

Define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new non-gaming software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements. Two (2) year technical degree related to IT or equivalent combination of comparable worke experience, on-the-job training and/or IT certifications required. Demonstrated advanced skills using PC software tools, advanced program skills in a variety of languages required.

Responsible for the oversight of the company web site as well as WWW content (both paid and unpaid media). Develop and provide content for the web site based on current marketing needs. Degree in Online Marketing (Bachelor’s preferred) and three (3) years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience of six (6) years required. Experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development preferred. Knowledge of Internet laws, security and privacy issues required. Proven communication, analytical and organizational skills required. Provide transportation for guests following all laws that are issued by local, state and federal governments for the safety of human lives using shuttle busses and passenger vans. High School Diploma/GED as required by Federal DOT law.
