Shifts: Salary 1FT (varies)

Responsible for the development, implementation and management of the overall advertising and marketing strategy for Treasure Island Resort & Casino, consistent with the organizational Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing and five (5) years of comparable management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Five (5) years experience directing a professional marketing or advertising department required. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) required. Proven communication and organizational skills required. Proven success in areas such as advertising, budgeting, financial planning, strategic planning, profitability, productivity, and concept of development required. Must have proven ability to identify qualified personnel and provide leadership to develop and direct staff maximizing performance. Previous experience in hospitality and entertainment industries required. Previous casino management experience preferred.
