Bowling Center

Name: Bowling Center Desk Attendant
Shifts: 7FT (varies)

Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience in the Bowling Center by providing friendly, prompt and courteous service. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. One (1) year guest service experience preferred. One (1) year cash handling experience preferred. Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook) preferred.

Name: *Database Administrator/Report Developer
Shifts: Salary 1FT (8a-4p)

Support, maintain and install databases, including administration, maintenance, development and implementation of policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company. Examine and evaluate reporting requirements for various business units across the organization. Four (4) year degree in MIS plus business related experience, or four (4) year degree in Business with MIS focus, or two (2) years technical degree related to personal computers and three (3) years MIS (personal computer) or business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Three (3) years database experience or experience in related area required. Demonstrated proficiency in Transact SQL Understanding of relational database concepts, practices, and procedures required. Two (2) years report development or experience in related area required. Understanding of common report development tools (MS/SQL Reporting Services, Crystal Reports) required. Monitor closed circuit television systems to identify theft and other problems, which threaten organizational resources, guests and team members. HS diploma/GED required. 2 years work experience and/or training in security, law enforcement, loss prevention and/or related fields required; 2 years formal schooling or military experience will be accepted.

Responsible for evaluating, implementing and establishing criteria for all investigative, intelligence gathering and surveillance requirements for Treasure Island Resort and Casino and indirectly for the Prairie Island Indian Community. A.A. Degree in Criminal Justice or CPP Security Certification or 10 years experience at a managerial level in the Surveillance, Law Enforcement or Security field required. Extensive knowledge of procedures and legal requirements in developing criminal cases through the collection and documentation of evidence and experience in conducting investigations and documenting a casino for criminal proceedings required. Knowledge of Closed Circuit Television systems, alarm/physical security systems design facility systems and maintenance operations required. Knowledge and previous experience in casino Security or Surveillance Operations at the Manager level is required. Training in or knowledge of CCTV, gamin compacts, security systems, gaming “cheating” and legal issues of gaming required.

Provide exceptional service to our guests who are attending banquets, catered and public cruises, meetings or other special events on Treasure Island Resort & Casino and Prairie Island Indian Community premises. HS diploma/GED and 1 year waitstaff experience preferred. Guest service and “team work” experience also preferred.

Shifts: 1FT (4p-12a)

To produce food according to the Mongo Bay specifications in a timely fashion and keep the kitchen in a safe and organized condition. One (1) year cooking experience or two (2) year culinary degree or certificate required; Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operations of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc. required; High School Diploma / GED preferred

Name: Tradewinds Cook 3

Provide high quality foods, friendly service and a safe, clean environment. Carry out daily tasks of food preparation, buffet set-up and tear down. Wash and iron linens and towels. Mix cleaning chemicals and operate computerized washers, dryers and folding machines. Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred.

Deal the game of Blackjack in accordance with Treasure Island Resort & Casino policies and procedures while providing continuous quality entertainment and service to all guests. HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Must be proficient in math and pass a 40-hour in-house blackjack-training course. Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal the game efficiently.

Clean all areas of the bingo/casino/office complex assuring a clean, safe environment for guests and team members. HS diploma/GED preferred. Janitorial experience preferred.

Name: Custodial Equipment Technician

Clean all areas of the bingo/casino complex in areas where heavy housekeeping equipment is needed. Clean ceiling tiles, vents, light fixtures, upper walls, foliage, palm trees, window glass, carpet and hard floor areas. Perform preventive maintenance on department equipment. Use power scrubbers, carpet cleaners, ladders over 6 ft and mechanical lifts. HS diploma/GED preferred.

Name: Valet Parking Attendant

Park and retrieve guests’ vehicles safely while safeguarding the keys to the vehicles. Communicate by radio with other Valet team members. Greet guests with a smile and eye contact and provide excellent guest service by knowing about all casino functions, events and surroundings. Control funds and balance shift bank. HS Diploma/GED preferred. Must have valid driver’s license. Driving record will be checked to meet established criteria. Cash handling experience required.

Maintain all plumbing fixtures, equipment, water supply lines, sanitary lines and gas lines. Plan and perform new plumbing for remodel, expansions, renovations and all plumbing preventive maintenance systems. HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Must be licensed by the State of Minnesota Board as a Master Plumber.

Maintain all heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment and kitchen appliances and equipment. Two (2) years vocational training in HVAC required or five (5) years on-the-job equivalent experience; HVAC and Refrigerant recovery certification required; Class “C” boiler license preferred; Proven basic computer skills and proven knowledge of DX, DDC systems preferred.

Name: Hotel Maintenance Technician

Perform daily maintenance work, including preventative maintenance for all areas of the hotel. HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Proven knowledge of heating/cooling systems and water treatment required. Must know how to use power tools and equipment safely and have a basic understanding of mechanical equipment. Swimming pool and hot tub maintenance experience preferred.

Maintain and update all property. General clean up of entire facility including the upkeep of interior and exterior of all buildings. HS diploma/GED preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Previous experience in the safe use and operation of power and hand tools required. Experience with troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of equipment required. Experience in lawn maintenance, snow removal, etc. required.

Name: *Environmental Services Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day operation including scheduling, coaching, counseling, disciplining, maintaining morale, retention and evaluation of staff. HS diploma/GED required. Proficiency in Windows, Word and Excel required. 1 year EVS Trainer or related experience required.

Name: Bowling Center Maintenance Technician
Shifts: 1FT (4p-12a)

Maintain the automatic pinsetters and other mechanical and electrical equipment of the bowling center to the highest level of efficiency High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. One (1) year experience in maintenance required. Prior maintenance experience in a bowling facility preferred. Proven knowledge of mechanical equipment, HVAC and power tools required. Valid driver’s Class D license required. (Driving record will be checked as per “Conditions of Employment”.)
