Shifts: Salary 1FT (varies) Responsible for evaluating, implementing and establishing criteria for all investigative, intelligence gathering and surveillance requirements for Treasure Island Resort and Casino and indirectly for the Prairie Island Indian Community. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required; Minimum of A.A. Degree in Criminal Justice preferred. Eight (8) years experience at a managerial level in the Surveillance, Law Enforcement or Security field where five (5) years were in a casino environment. Extensive knowledge of procedures and legal requirements in developing criminal cases through the collection and documentation of evidence, experience in conducting investigations and documenting a case for criminal proceedings, knowledge of Closed Circuit Television systems, alarm/physical security systems design, facility systems and maintenance operations required. Proven training/knowledge of Gaming Compacts, gaming “cheating” and legal issues of gaming required. Proven computer skills required, preferably with MS Excel and MS Word. Shifts: 1PT (6a-2p) Receive all incoming shipments except casino cash. Check all shipments for correct quantities and products and deliver products to designated departments efficiently. Inventory all items in storage areas consistently and maintain accurate paperwork and computer inventory. Keep an accurate log of inventory items per department and send the departments monthly inventory lists. HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. HS diploma/GED required. Must be proficient in math and pass a 40-hour in-house blackjack-training course. Must possess the necessary dexterity skills to deal the game efficiently. Shifts: 10 Casual (varies) Provide exceptional service to our guests who are attending banquets, catered and public cruises, meetings or other special events on Treasure Island Resort & Casino and Prairie Island Indian Community premises. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. One (1) year wait staff experience preferred. Previous guest service experience and experience in a “teamwork” environment preferred. Travelers will have the opportunity to train and gain exposure to each of the outlets at Treasure Island and develop a strong knowledge base. Assist all hospitality outlets in covering vacations, leaves of absence, and other times of need. Scheduling will be flexible, but travelers should be willing to work on short notice when necessary. Shifts: 1PT (8p-4a) Produce food according to the Mongo Bay specifications in a timely fashion and keep the kitchen in a safe and organized condition. One (1) year cooking experience or two (2) year culinary degree or certificate required; Proven working knowledge of kitchen design and the operations of grills, roast-and-hold ovens, conventional and convection ovens, fryers, etc. required; High School Diploma / GED preferred Shifts: 1PT (varies) Responsible for answering telephones in a professional manner and taking reservations, quoting and negotiating rates. HS diploma/GED required. Excellent communication skills and accurate typing skills required. 1-year PBX or reservation experience preferred. Two (2) year technical degree related to IT or equivalent combination of comparable worke experience, on-the-job training and/or IT certifications required. Two (2) years experience designing, implementing, and supporting custom applications required. Two (2) years experience working with and supporting SQL databases required. Demonstrated advanced skills using PC software tools, advanced program skills in a variety of languages required. Shifts: 1FT (8a-4p) Responsible for the oversight of the company web site as well as WWW content (both paid and unpaid media). Develop and provide content for the web site based on current marketing needs. Degree in Online Marketing (Bachelor’s preferred) and three (3) years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience of six (6) years required. Experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development preferred. Knowledge of Internet laws, security and privacy issues required. Proven communication, analytical and organizational skills required.
