Pai Gow Poker considers the best hand possible among a players seven cards. The player splits their seven cards into a five card poker hand and a two card poker hand with the only requirement being that the five card hand must beat the two card hand.

To play, players make a standard Pai Gow wager, ranging from $5 to $195. The dealer hand is set according to the ‘house way’. If both a players two card hand and five card hand beat the dealers two and five card hands, the player is paid. If the player beats one of the dealer hands but not the second, it is a push. If the dealer’s two and five card hands beat the players two and five card hands, the player loses the wager.
